Are all the debtors made public with regard of unpaid judicial receivables ?

According to the Methodical Directive, the persons against whose the Slovak Republic, represented by Regional Court in Bratislava, Justice Treasury, registers an unpaid judicial receivables past due, are made public in the Register.

Why are the debtors against whose the Slovak Republic registers an unpaid judicial receivables made public in the Register ?

An obligation to register debtors of the State arises from the Resolution of the Government of the Slovak Republic No. 484 of July 6th 2011 and Methodical Directive of the Ministry of Justice of the Slovak Republic No. 25/2011 of August 22nd 2011. The Register administers judicial receivables which are overdue and informs debtors about the existence of their debts against the Slovak Republic.

Who should be contacted in case the data published in the Register are untrue, i.e. me being registered as a debtor is unauthorized ?

The registered data has an informative character. Regional Court in Bratislava, Justice Treasury, is responsible for correctness of published data. Should any questions regarding the correctness of published data arise, please contact Regional Court in Bratislava, Justice Treasury.

How am I supposed to proceed in case I am registered in the list of debtors and I wish to pay the debt ?

I have completely paid the debt but I am still being registered in the list of debtors.

Regional Court in Bratislava, Justice Treasury, is obliged to erase data of the judicial receivable from the Register within 25 days from the date of payment or within 25 days from the date of issuing a decision on permanent relinquishment towards enforcement of a receivable (Article 2 para 6 of the Methodical Directive).

What am I supposed to have ready for identification of unpaid judicial receivable ?

Legal persons: ID number, name of the company and registered seat Natural persons – entrepreneurs: ID number, first name/surname, birth certificate number and a place of business.
